Set in the hills above Latchi, just below the village of Neo Chorio, the villa is a 2 minute drive to the seafront and 10 minutes from Polis. The view from this villa is absolutely breath taking! The full sweep of Chrysochou Bay and the Troodos Mountains are spread uninterrupted before you. Situated just on the edge of Akamas Peninsular, there is wonderful unspoiled countryside, ideal for walkers or bikers.
The villa is constructed all on one level with the living area in a very spacious and airy open-plan design. The circular dining table seats 6 comfortably in the dining area. The seating area has a sofa and armchairs creating a very comfortable venue. There is a TV, with all local channels and BBC World via satellite. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fan, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. All the usual smaller domestic appliances are provided.
There are three double bedrooms; one with queen-size (5ft) bed and en suite shower room and the other two with 2 singles each, which can be linked for king-size beds (6ft). All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. The separate bathroom has bath and shower, WC and basin.
The 9x4 metre swimming pool is just a step outside the French windows and has roman steps-perfect for sitting on while sipping a refreshing brandy sour! The pool terrace and small lawn are equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
All around the villa are mature, well-established gardens. A large BBQ is provided for your use.
The villa is fully air-conditioned with units in each bedroom and one in the open-plan living area. Highly efficient oil-fired central heating is provided for the
cooler months.
