Two identical villas, located in the village of Nea Dimmata, just 12km drive from Polis, with its restaurants, shops and nearby beaches. Each villas is well furnished and equipped and very comfortable. The pool is set in an attractive garden and from the roof terrace you can enjoy stunning mountain & sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has satellite TV and DVD, and the dining area seats six people. There is a twin bedroom & a double bedroom upstairs. The double bedroom is en suite and a separate family bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath.
A sofa bed in the lounge area means the villas will accommodate 6 people.
Linen with towels changed bi-weekly. Welcome pack and a weekly cleaning service are included.
Air conditioning is available in bedrooms at a cost of €5 per unit per day. In the kitchen and living room the cost is €7 per unit per day. These charges are payable locally.
