Terms and Conditions of Booking for Holiday Rentals

A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to be paid at point of sale with the booking form, unless the day of arrival is within 12 weeks of booking, in such cases full payment must be made at point of sale with the booking form. Balances MUST be received by us no later than 12 weeks prior to your arrival in Cyprus.

Bookings exceeding the maximum occupancy of the villa/apartment will not be honoured or accepted.

The villa/apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of the departure. New arrivals will be given access from 4pm.

A damage deposit of €200 is also payable at the time of booking. If breakages occur, excess cleaning is required or missing items are noticed at the end of your stay we will provide you with a written statement. We will deduct the appropriate amount from your damage deposit and the remainder (if any) will be refunded.

We reserve the right to alter prices at our discretion at any time prior to acceptance of any payments.

Cancellation charges:

12 weeks or longer, no refund of deposit is given.

8-12 weeks, 50% loss.

4-8 weeks, 80% loss.

4 weeks or less no refund is given.

Alterations to accommodation will be accepted up to 8 weeks before the rental period subject to availability and at no extra charge and at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse alterations within 8 weeks of the start date of the rental period. However we will make every effort to assist you.

Adequate holiday insurance is required to protect against personal injury or loss.

Making a booking constitutes acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Sale Properties

All the listings on the Sales page are advertisements. If you are interested in any property, you may contact us to request additional information using the email provided on the advertisement. Your contact information will be used to send your request on your behalf and will not be used by CP Home Services Limited for any marketing purposes.

We at CP Home Services Limited act ONLY as advertising brokers and we are NOT involved in any way in the transactions between the buyers and sellers.

You agree that CP Home Services Limited shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers using our services.

Anything that is provided to you or obtained by you through our website does not constitute in any way, directly or indirectly, incentive, advice or prompt for the completion of any real estate transaction or any other action with economic result, but it solely rests with your discreet ability and your own exclusive responsibility to evaluate what is provided to you or obtained by you and act based on your own private will.

Any form of fiduciary or estate agency relationship between CP Home Services Limited and our clients, contacts, associates and anyone who uses our services DOES NOT exist.

Your correspondence or business dealings with advertisers found on or through our services, including payment and delivery of related goods, properties or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser.

We strongly recommend that you use the services of a legal advisor prior to proceeding with any form of real estate transaction.
